- Many consumers are hesitant to buy items over the Internet because they
do not trust that their personal information will remain private.
- Trustworthy and reliable merchant performance has been a consumer concern
since the inception of e-commerce. Customer may not have faith in a product of unknown company.
Despite the disadvantages and the way the internet market is booming, online marketing is more popular than the other forms of marketing. Within next few years, it is estimated that the online marketing will capture huge market share and draw more business.
